Ingredients:

  • 1 cup ripe mango pulp
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp ghee (clarified butter)

Method:

  1. In a blender, take 1 cup of ripe mango pulp and blend it until it becomes a smooth paste without adding any water.
  2. Transfer the mango puree to a strainer and strain to get a smooth silky pulp.Aam Papad
